Happy Belated Easter!

As you can see, I epic failed at Easter. The actual day was so busy, I practically collapsed when I got home, which is weird for me.

Anyway, the day started out around 10 AM, when I woke up and did a small Easter hunt with my three little sisters. They had already found pretty much everything, so I just had to find my chocolate orange and a few eggs. Then I trekked over to my Nana's for some Easter dinner and fun with the cousins. My little TyBaby was there and I was reminded of why I think he is so amazing. We dyed eggs together and he thought it was just the greatest thing.

We played on the roof of the building, TyBaby loved to stand on the fence and look out over the city. Katie wanted up too, but I couldn't lift her. For just six years old, she weighs a TON.

After dinner and hangouts, it was back to my mommy's for more Easter wonderfulness. She got me a t-shirt, yoga mat, and lots of chocolate. Actually, I have a funny story about that.

So, I have a very cute little dog named Jasper, and a little brother names Scott. Well, when we got home, we all went to our rooms to put things away and find what our mom had bought us... I mean, what the Easter bunny had brought us? Anyway, I went to go check in on my brother, and he looked confused. I asked him what the problem was to which he responded, "Did you get any chocolate? All I got was an empty hat that was already mine." Turns out, our dog had raided my brothers room and decided that he wanted his Easter chocolate for himself. So we've been watching little Jazzy carefully, but I think he's okay. And Scott's fine too; we've got enough chocolate to feed a small army.

The moral of the story... don't leave your Easter chocolate on your bed where your dog can get it because your door jam doesn't work properly. Yeah...

Anyway, keep swimming!
Jill
